Our organization is looking for a Board Eligible / Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our team at a designated location.
In collaboration with a leading orthopedic group, we provide exceptional orthopedic services throughout northern Indiana and northwest Ohio. Although this position is based at a single site, you will benefit from the extensive support of our network of hospitals and surgical centers, all staffed by experienced physicians.

Your Role as an Orthopedic Surgeon- Join a team of physicians at the orthopedic group.
- Full-time inpatient/outpatient position with 36 patient contact hours weekly.
- Practice hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Main office located at 207 N Townline Rd. Ste. 201, LaGrange, IN.
- Expected daily patient volume: 30 patients.
- All ancillary services are conveniently located at the clinic and hospital, supported by a robust referral base from Primary Care and other specialties.
- Supervise one mid-level Advanced Practice Provider.

This position is a replacement role, intended to fill the vacancy of one current physician on the team.
