Make a genuine impact supporting students from elementary through middle school by contributing your expertise as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position embraces a balanced caseload, offering the opportunity to work with kindergarten through 8th-grade students, helping foster their academic achievement, social-emotional health, and positive behavioral growth.

You will be working at one building within the school system, providing direct and consultative services for students and staff. This is an ideal role for professionals committed to collaboration and student-centered solutions in a vibrant educational setting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license is required
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
  • Background in counseling and behavioral interventions for K-8 students
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention and student safety planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and building staff
  • Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a caseload of 25-35 elementary and 20-30 middle school students
  • Developing and supporting IEPs, ensuring compliance and measurable outcomes
  • Providing individual and small-group counseling, as well as behavioral interventions
  • Leading or participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Assisting with crisis response, contributing to proactive safety planning
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
