Lead and Practice in a Dynamic Urgent Care Environment

\n

Bellin Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced physician to serve in a dual role as Urgent Care Physician (0.9 FTE) and Medical Director of Urgent Care (0.1 FTE) and/or a Part-time (0.6 FTE) Urgent Care Physician. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership, guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. Or practice as a Part-time Urgent Care Physician.

We are looking for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and comfortable leading and supporting other providers in a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

    Full-time or Part-time (1.0 FTE or 0.6 FTE)

      0.9 Clinical with 0.1 Medical Director responsibilities

    Schedule: 40 hours/week

      8-12 hour shifts

    • \n

  • \n

    Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (7 days/week)

    No call responsibilities

  • \n
  • \n

    Rotating weekend schedule

  • \n
  • \n

    Average volume: 30-40 patients per day

  • \n
  • \n

    Team-based care: Typically 1-2 APCs per shift

  • \n

    Leadership role supporting Urgent Care provider group

    Fast-paced environment with a wide variety of patient cases

    Collaborative care model with strong APP support

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in:

    \n
      \n
    • \n

      Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine

    • \n
  • \n
  • \n

    Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program

  • \n
  • \n

    Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure

  • \n
  • \n

    Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements

  • \n
  • \n

    Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, ATLS

  • \n
  • \n

    Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical leadership preferred

  • \n
