• Guaranteed salary of $350,000 (12-month guarantee) Above average for the region
\n
• Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work.

• $36,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment, or a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment, to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
