Assistant or Associate Professor - Division of Movement Disorders
\nNew Brunswick, New Jersey
\nRutgers Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Movement Disorders Neurologist to join the Division of Movement Disorders at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. This faculty position offers an exciting opportunity to practice in a premier academic medical center while advancing patient care, education, and clinical research in Movement Disorders.

Faculty appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level

Primarily outpatient Movement Disorders practice
\n - \n
Join a multidisciplinary team specializing in Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, Huntington's disease, and other movement disorders

Participate in a comprehensive Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) program, including patient evaluation, postoperative management, and stimulator programming
\n - \n
Perform botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders
\n - \n
Academic environment with opportunities for teaching, mentoring, clinical research, and scholarly publication
\n - \n
Collaborative practice with Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, and other specialty teams

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
\n - \n
Fellowship training in Movement Disorders
\n - \n
Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
\n - \n
Experience with botulinum toxin therapy and DBS evaluation/programming preferred
\n - \n
Passion for academic medicine, education, and multidisciplinary patient care
