Job Description

This full-time, contract position offers the chance to collaborate with both elementary and high school students, providing a dynamic experience across different age groups. As an itinerant professional, you’ll travel between two school sites, ensuring that a wide range of student needs are met with expertise and care.
Ideal candidates will bring a strong understanding of school psychology and a passion for empowering young learners while supporting staff and families alike.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado School Psychologist licensure
- Prior experience working in school settings is required
- Ability to work effectively in both elementary and high school environments
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Provide individual and group counseling for students with diverse needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective intervention plans
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights to support positive student outcomes
- Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and supportive school climate
- Travel between elementary and high school campuses as needed
