LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a highly regarded legal team in their search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support and help drive complex transactional work. This is a high-impact position where you'll work closely with attorneys on active deals, taking on meaningful responsibility and serving as a trusted partner throughout the transaction lifecycle.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being deeply involved in deal execution, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Remote arrangements will also be considered for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support attorneys in managing corporate transactions from start to finish, including preparing documentation and tracking deal progress
  • Coordinate closings and oversee signature workflows to ensure timely execution
  • Assist with due diligence efforts, including reviewing and organizing search results and related materials
  • Collaborate with clients and external parties to facilitate seamless communication throughout transactions
  • Prepare and maintain corporate records, including entity formations, governance documents, and dissolution filings
  • Assist with regulatory filings and compliance-related submissions, including securities and financing-related documentation
  • Support ongoing corporate maintenance, including annual filings and related requirements
  • Assist with audit-related processes and documentation as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience, with a strong focus on M&A, commercial lending, or transactional work
  • Exposure to securities filings is helpful
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Effective communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong research and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Prior experience within a law firm environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal and web-based tools
