Real Estate Finance Paralegal Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid/Flexible) Compensation: $90,000-$145,000 + discretionary performance bonus Schedule: 1 day per week in-office (Tuesday required) Billable Requirement: 1,200 hours annually Employment Type: Direct Hire
Remote Flexibility: Fully remote options may be available for candidates with extensive real estate finance transaction experience.
LHH is working with a growing legal team is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support a high-volume transactional practice. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex commercial real estate finance matters.

LHH is working with a growing legal team is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support a high-volume transactional practice. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex commercial real estate finance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and maintain loan and financing documents
- Conduct litigation, bankruptcy, and UCC searches
- Prepare and file UCC financing statements
- Coordinate and manage transaction closings
- Organize due diligence materials and transaction files
- Ensure closing documentation is complete and properly executed
- Support post-closing document delivery and record maintenance
- Assist with additional transactional projects as needed
- Experience supporting a high-volume transactional or real estate finance practice
- Strong knowledge of title and survey review
- Experience preparing and filing UCC documents
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and PDF applications
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with document management systems is preferred
- Willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary
