Compensation: $180-$250 per hour | Shifts: Approximately 12 per month

Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to become part of our Laborist team located on the picturesque North Shore of Massachusetts.

This role allows you to concentrate solely on inpatient obstetrics and gynecology, benefiting from a consistent schedule, attractive compensation, comprehensive clinical support, and a collegial atmosphere within one of the largest independent women's health practices in the area.

High-Volume Obstetrics with Exceptional Support

Our labor and delivery service handles around 2,000 births each year, offering physicians a fulfilling mix of routine and complex obstetrical care.

Laborists operate within a highly collaborative coverage model that prioritizes both patient safety and physician satisfaction.

Physicians will always have access to:

  • Dedicated laborist physician coverage
  • Certified Nurse Midwife support
  • Private attending physician assistance
  • One to two additional providers available for backup 24/7

Our physicians work in a team-oriented environment, benefiting from collaboration during routine care, busy periods, and obstetric emergencies.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
