Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a full-time clinical practice focused on Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
• Collaborate with a team of 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 skilled Cardiac Surgeons
• Conduct outreach clinics approximately one day per week
• Demonstrate proficiency in catheter lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, and optional diagnostic coronary angiograms
• Be on-call exclusively for the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant team
• Encourage and participate in the medical education of general cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students, as well as regional cardiovascular conferences
• Engage in ongoing research related to advanced heart failure, transplant, mechanical circulatory support, and pulmonary arterial hypertension
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management
• Be part of a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines
• Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows
• Provide safe and equitable care to all patients

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $559,301 plus an annual incentive bonus of up to $50,000

Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
