Step into a rewarding contract opportunity making a meaningful impact on elementary students’ lives. From August 6, 2026, to May 20, 2027, you’ll support pre-K to 5th grade students in both on-site and remote settings, with the added chance to participate in a preparatory psych meeting on July 29th. This hybrid schedule offers a flexible balance—two days of remote work and three days in-person each week.

Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing interventions, and collaborating with educators and families to develop strategies that promote academic and social-emotional growth. Many students present with behavioral needs, so your expertise will be crucial in fostering a positive, supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license required
  • Experience in school settings, ideally with elementary/pre-K-5th grade
  • Strong background supporting students with behavioral or emotional needs
  • Skill in psychological assessment and report writing
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Flexibility and comfort with a hybrid (remote/in-person) work structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform student evaluations and create actionable recommendations
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to support student success
  • Participate in IEP/504 meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide expertise in behavioral assessment and intervention
  • Partner with educators and caregivers to design individual supports
