Quick Facts Location: 1900 South Main Street, Findlay, OH 45840 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday – Friday, 2 clinic days + 3 procedural days/week, 10 night/weekend call shifts/month Hours/week: 40-50 (approximate) License/Certs: Ohio Medical License, Board Certification in Vascular Surgery Experience: 0-3+ years (salary scales for 0-3, 4-6, 7+ years) Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: actual salary details provided separately; this rate is placeholder for system purposes) Pay & Benefits Base Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 years), $550,000 (4-6), $600,000+ (7+) Bonus: Up to $75,000 annually based on performance Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 Paid Time Off: 176 hours vacation + 120 hours sick annually, 8 paid holidays CME Allowance: $7,500/year Retirement Plans: 401(k)/403(b) options, eligibility for Ohio State University benefits Additional Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical insurance, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, referral bonuses, 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Lead the development and management of a community-based vascular surgery program Perform advanced vascular procedures, including open and endovascular surgeries Manage patients with aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage, dialysis access, and peripheral vascular disorders Provide medical therapy and non-surgical interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care Educate patients and families on treatment options and disease prevention Participate in program expansion efforts and future infrastructure developments Serve as a clinical faculty member with Ohio State University What You Need Required: Medical license in Ohio Certification in Vascular Surgery (American Board of Surgery or equivalent) Prior experience in vascular surgical procedures Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills Preferred: Leadership experience or interest in program development Experience with endovascular techniques and complex vascular cases Ability to serve as an educator and mentor About the Assignment This position is based at a respected community hospital in Findlay, Ohio, with state-of-the-art facilities, including planned expansion to a hybrid operating room.
