The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our Cedar Ridge Center located in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
  • Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Salary Range

Posted Salary Range: $104,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
