About Us: We are a Nurse-first organization, and we believe that makes us exceptional. Whether you are starting your career or are an experienced nurse in search of a more supportive environment, we are confident you will notice the difference from the moment you join us. We are not your typical rehabilitation hospital; being recognized as one of the 'World's Most Admired Companies' and receiving the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® Award is a testament to our commitment.

Our benefits begin on your first day:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans available for both full-time and part-time employees and their families.
  • Generous paid time off that accumulates over time.
  • Tuition reimbursement and opportunities for continuing education.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching and employee stock purchase options.
  • Flexible spending and health savings accounts.
  • A supportive community of individuals who are passionate about their work—this is a benefit we truly value.

Become the Nurse you’ve always aspired to be:

  • Guide patients by overseeing their care and treatments, conducting assessments, developing tailored care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
  • Take the time to understand each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate their recovery.
  • Establish meaningful connections with patients during their stays, which typically last a minimum of two weeks.
  • Gain access to opportunities for learning, growth, advancement, and the development of lifelong skills.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • Current RN license in accordance with state regulations is required.
  • CPR certification is mandatory (ACLS certification is preferred).
  • CRRN certification is preferred (we can assist you in obtaining this if you do not have it).
  • Preferred experience of one or more years in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting.
