There are two unique openings available: one serving K-12th grade students with the assistance of a psych assistant, and another in a different setting where the grade level is to be determined. Both positions involve collaborating closely with educators and families to assess student needs, contribute to educational team reports (ETRs), and participate in key meetings to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings is highly valued
- Strong assessment, report writing, and communication skills
- Ability to engage collaboratively with students, families, and staff
- Adaptability in hybrid or onsite environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
- Develop and document ETRs in accordance with school and state standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student progress and strategies
- Collaborate with a psych assistant and other school personnel to implement interventions
- Provide support and consultation for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
