\nMarks & Harrison is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join the team in our Charlottesville, VA office. We are also able to accommodate candidates who would prefer to be based in our offices located in Staunton, Harrisonburg, and potentially even Richmond. *You must be actively licensed to practice law in Virginia in order to be considered for this position.*\n
\n
\nAn _ideal _candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:\n
\n
\n* A license to practice law in Virginia\n
\n* 1-3 years’ litigation experience in personal injury\n
\n* Proficient command of English, with excellent written and oral communication skills\n
\n* Comfort learning and using case management software\n
\n* The desire to connect with clients\n
\n* The ability to work as a member of a team\n
\n
\nThe position provides a comprehensive incentive program in addition to salary and excellent benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.\n

This is primarily a sedentary office classification although standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard and to operate standard office equipment. Positions in this classification occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 10 pounds.\n

\nPay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year\n
