\n MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Medicine team. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a fast-paced, well-supported emergency department with strong physician coverage, streamlined workflows, and a collaborative clinical environment. \n

  • Annual ED volume: ~32,000 visits

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
    • \n
  • Provide timely, high-quality emergency care within scope of practice
    • \n
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and consulting specialists
    • \n
  • Assist in procedures and stabilization of critically ill patients when appropriate
    • \n
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
    • \n
  • Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based guidelines
    • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
    • \n
  • Current New Mexico NP or PA license (or eligibility for licensure)
    • \n
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
    • \n
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency department environment
    • \n
  • Prior emergency medicine experience preferred
    • \n
