- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions \n
- Provide timely, high-quality emergency care within scope of practice \n
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and consulting specialists \n
- Assist in procedures and stabilization of critically ill patients when appropriate \n
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system \n
- Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based guidelines \n
- \n
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program \n
- Current New Mexico NP or PA license (or eligibility for licensure) \n
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills \n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency department environment \n
- Prior emergency medicine experience preferred \n
