The Conveyor Superintendent is responsible for supervising field crews and coordinating the installation, startup, and completion of conveyor system projects. This role includes electrical coordination, jobsite leadership, and communication with crews, contractors, and project management. The Superintendent must be able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, maintain safety and quality standards, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Supervise conveyor installation crews and coordinate daily field operations.

Oversee electrical duties related to conveyor systems, including layout coordination, wiring support, startup assistance, and troubleshooting.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and installation plans.

Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedule.

Lead daily field planning, safety meetings, and crew assignments.

Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.

Ensure all work meets safety standards, electrical code requirements, and project specifications.

Support testing, commissioning, and startup activities as needed.

Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and jobsite documentation.

Work effectively with bilingual crews and communicate instructions clearly in English and Spanish.

Experience in conveyor installation, industrial electrical work, millwright, or mechanical supervision.

Strong knowledge of field operations and industrial jobsite coordination.

Ability to read electrical prints, schematics, and installation documents.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred or required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel and work extended hours, including weekends if needed.
