Looking for a highpaying, offshift electrician role where your skills truly matter? Were hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support critical plant operations during nights and weekends. If you enjoy independence, complex troubleshooting, and working with advanced industrial systemsthis role is for you. This is a 2nd shift role. (Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm)

What Youll Do

\n
    \n
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 240V & 460V threephase electrical systems
    • \n
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues on industrial machinery
    • \n
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running
    • \n
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and blueprints
    • \n
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and analog signals
    • \n
  • Support emergency repairs and participate in an oncall rotation
    • \n
  • Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and EHS procedures
    • \n
  • Occasionally assist with minor mechanical repairs
    • \n
\n

What You Bring

    \n
  • 4+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrician experience
    • \n
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently on offshift
    • \n
  • Experience with PLCs (Siemens a plus) and highvoltage equipment (up to 600V)
    • \n
  • High school diploma or GED
    • \n

\n The range of pay for this role is $24 to $33 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Companys Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Companys 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.\n
