An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is seeking a Cardiology NP or PA to join a growing outpatient cardiology program.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team within a true community hospital model serving rural and underserved populations throughout the region.

Position Highlights\n

• 100% outpatient cardiology
\n
• No call responsibilities
\n
• Flexible scheduling with 4-day workweek option
\n
• Join a lean, highly collaborative cardiology team:\n

  • 1 Cardiologist
  \n
  • 1 dedicated PA
  \n
\n
• Strong APP autonomy with physician support
\n
• AI scribe support + dedicated MA support (1:1 ratio)
\n
• Focus on:\n

  • Cardiac follow-ups
  \n
  • EKG interpretation
  \n
  • Surgical clearance evaluations
  \n
  • Chronic cardiovascular disease management
  \n
\n

Compensation & Benefits\n

\n
• Base salary starting around $135K+
\n
• $135k - $182K+ based on experience
\n
• $10K–$15K sign-on bonus
\n
• $10K relocation assistance
\n
• 34 days PTO year one
\n
• CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
\n

Candidate Requirements\n

\n
• NP or PA certification required
\n
• 1–2+ years of Cardiology or Internal Medicine experience preferred
\n
• Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
\n
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
\n
• Experience interpreting EKGs strongly preferred
\n
