Seeking a Medical Director for a Tennessee community health center, with strong HIV focus.

• Medical Director role with 70% admin / 30% clinical

\n
• Low patient volume: 7–8 patients per day
\n
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm\n

  • Last patient scheduled at 3:30pm

\n
• Lead and collaborate with a dedicated team of 1 MD and 5 APPs
\n
• Travel-based leadership model across multiple Tennessee locations, with a primary home site
\n

\n

Our team delivers truly comprehensive, wraparound HIV care—addressing medical, behavioral health, pharmacy, and social support needs. Services include:

\n

\n
• HIV testing, treatment, and prevention
\n
• Full-service, in-house pharmacy
\n
• Mental health, housing, food, and transportation support
\n
• Robust harm-reduction initiatives (syringe services, naloxone, fentanyl test strips)
\n

\n

Compensation & Benefits:

\n

\n
• Base salary: $275,000–$300,000 (based on experience)
\n
• Sign-on bonus: Flexible
\n
• Relocation assistance: $10,000
\n
• W-2 employment
\n

\n
• 4 weeks PTO starting day one + holidays and sick time

Candidate Profile:

\n

\n
• Board Certified Internal Medicine or Infectious Disease
\n
• Experience caring for patients living with HIV
\n
• Strong working knowledge of ART, PrEP, and PEP
\n
• Leadership experience and interest in a long-term role
\n
• H-1B visa support available (no J-1)
\n
