Part-Time Retail Associate

We are looking for a Part-Time Retail Associate supporting a retail storefront in Santa Clara, CA. This role will focus on providing a strong customer experience while supporting day-to-day retail operations.

Job Logistics

• Hours: 20–30 hours/week
• Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite at tech campus)
• Type: Contract / Part-Time

Day to Day

• Assist customers and provide product guidance
• Process transactions using POS
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Support inventory counts and restocking
• Assist with merchandising and displays

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Comfortable standing/moving during shifts

• POS system experience
• Inventory or merchandising experience

Compensation: $17/hr - $19/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
