Primary Responsibilities:

- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement effective interventions
- Support the development of safe, inclusive learning environments
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding special education
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
