What You'll Own

You'll be responsible for maintaining the equipment, machinery, and facility systems that keep production moving.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, shop equipment, and facility systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

  • Repair or replace defective equipment using hand and power tools

  • Inspect and maintain motors, belts, bearings, wear surfaces, and fluid systems

  • Inspect and maintain lifting equipment in accordance with EH&S requirements

  • Assemble, install, and repair machinery and equipment as needed

  • Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation accurately

  • Assist with maintenance inventory and shop support activities

  • Partner with facilities and manufacturing teams to address equipment priorities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Equipment stays operational with minimal downtime

  • Preventative maintenance is completed on schedule

  • Breakdowns are diagnosed and resolved quickly

  • Work orders and maintenance records are completed accurately

  • Safety, housekeeping, and equipment compliance standards are maintained

  • Production teams have the support needed to meet daily goals


What You Bring
  • Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience maintaining CNC machines and production equipment

  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Ability to read blueprints, ladder diagrams, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment

  • Basic welding and fabrication knowledge

  • Computer skills for work orders, maintenance tracking, and email communication

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving


Where You May Stand Out
  • Direct CNC repair experience

  • Experience with bearings, motors, belts, drives, and material handling equipment

  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and PM scheduling

  • Familiarity with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems

  • Manufacturing maintenance experience supporting high-production operations

  • Welding, machining, or fabrication experience

Pay Details: $20.00 to $18.00 per hour
