What You'll Own
You'll be responsible for maintaining the equipment, machinery, and facility systems that keep production moving.
Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, shop equipment, and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Repair or replace defective equipment using hand and power tools
Inspect and maintain motors, belts, bearings, wear surfaces, and fluid systems
Inspect and maintain lifting equipment in accordance with EH&S requirements
Assemble, install, and repair machinery and equipment as needed
Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation accurately
Assist with maintenance inventory and shop support activities
Partner with facilities and manufacturing teams to address equipment priorities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Equipment stays operational with minimal downtime
Preventative maintenance is completed on schedule
Breakdowns are diagnosed and resolved quickly
Work orders and maintenance records are completed accurately
Safety, housekeeping, and equipment compliance standards are maintained
Production teams have the support needed to meet daily goals
What You Bring
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience maintaining CNC machines and production equipment
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read blueprints, ladder diagrams, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Basic welding and fabrication knowledge
Computer skills for work orders, maintenance tracking, and email communication
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
Where You May Stand Out
Direct CNC repair experience
Experience with bearings, motors, belts, drives, and material handling equipment
Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and PM scheduling
Familiarity with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems
Manufacturing maintenance experience supporting high-production operations
Welding, machining, or fabrication experience

Pay Details: $20.00 to $18.00 per hour
