Litigation Paralegal in Naples, Florida

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a respected law firm in Naples, Florida on high-volume, fast-paced litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing cases, organizing information, and keeping legal teams running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation
  • Help manage discovery, including organizing documents and tracking deadlines
  • Support eDiscovery work-uploading, reviewing, and organizing documents
  • Prepare and organize legal documents, filings, exhibits, and case materials
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Maintain case calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and court personnel
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate, preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a team environment
  • eDiscovery and/or Relativity experience preferred
