    M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school

    Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency

Licensure & Certification

    Eligible for or holder of an unrestricted Texas medical license

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Qualifications:

\n

Required Education and Experience:
\n * Current Medical Doctor (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine.
\n * Residency and/or Fellowship training within Otolaryngology.

\n

Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:
\n * Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas.
\n * Board Certification or Board Eligible.
