Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process
- Prepare, edit, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents
- Coordinate state and federal court filings and ensure compliance with court deadlines
- Manage attorney calendars, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
- Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, document production, and case logistics
- Track critical deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant
- Experience supporting attorneys in a litigation practice
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and electronic filing systems
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
