Position Overview
Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with Glaucoma training to join our growing Ophthalmology department. We are looking for a collaborative team member to become part of this well-respected, long-standing, and collegial practice.
Key Responsibilities:
The practice includes fellowship-trained specialists in retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
All necessary technology is available, and we are open to acquiring any additional equipment as needed.
Service locations will include New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
Resources are coordinated, and expertise is shared among team members.
Comprehensive administrative and care management support is provided.
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain a Connecticut medical license prior to starting practice.
Board Certification/Eligibility and a DEA license are mandatory.

Compensation Range: $400,000-$450,000 guarantee with potential for additional earnings.
Significant sign-on bonus available.
The stated compensation range is based on industry standards, and final salary determinations will consider various factors, including years of experience, individual performance, quality metrics, and job location.
