Location: New Lisbon, WI

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $1795 - $2163 | Shift: 5x8 Evenings

This position is crucial for supporting daily nursing operations and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate promptly with physicians, families, and other stakeholders regarding significant changes in resident health.
  • Conduct all necessary resident assessments.
  • Administer medications while adhering to the five rights of medication administration.
  • Perform wound care and assessments as required.
  • Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with responding to call lights.
  • Monitor residents for any changes in their condition.
  • Take on a leadership role by assessing and managing situations on the floor as needed.
  • Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
  • Maintain accurate resident records through thorough and precise charting.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A two-year nursing degree (a four-year degree is preferred).
  • A valid Registered Nursing license in Wisconsin.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
