Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold an active Texas School Psychologist credential/licensure (please include a license snapshot and redacted report with your application)
• Demonstrated school-based experience required
• Must be able to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours/week); select hybrid report writing from home may be arranged
• Reliable transportation is necessary to travel between approximately five campuses
• Ability to promptly complete and fund district fingerprinting within the initial three days of the contract
• Prior HISD experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and support individualized education plans for students in need
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other school staff to design interventions and foster positive student outcomes
• Provide expertise on both behavioral and academic interventions, supporting a diverse range of student backgrounds
• Manage a balanced schedule, supporting approximately five campuses within assigned region
• Complete timely and thorough documentation and reporting as required district-wide
