This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice, academic leadership, and program development within a growing, mission-driven health system.\n

\nPosition Highlights\n
\n
\n* Leadership Role: Serve as Program Director for an ACGME-accredited Hematology-Oncology Fellowship (6 fellows by 2026), shaping the next generation of oncologists\n
\n* Balanced Schedule: 70% clinical / 30% administrative and academic responsibilities\n
\n* Growing Program: Lead expansion efforts across two cancer centers serving a rapidly growing population\n
\n* Collaborative Team: Join 7 Hematology-Oncology physicians and 6 APPs in a collegial, team-based environment\n
\n* Advanced Cancer Care: Access to clinical trials, multidisciplinary care, and Penn Cancer Network collaboration\n

\nClinical Practice\n
\n
\n* General Hematology-Oncology role with no required subspecialization\n
\n* Practice across two modern cancer centers (Kent & Sussex campuses)\n
\n* Strong APP support and integrated inpatient coverage model\n
\n* EPIC EMR system\n
\n
\nLeadership & Academic Responsibilities\n
\n
\n* Direct and oversee the Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Program\n
\n* Develop curriculum, mentor fellows, and ensure ACGME compliance\n
\n* Establish strategic direction and maintain program quality and reputation\n
\n* Lead faculty development, research initiatives, and educational programming\n
\n* Participate in institutional leadership and graduate medical education committees\n
\n

\n* Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology\n
\n* Minimum 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited program\n

\n* Commitment to clinical excellence, education, and program development\n
