Dermatologist (MD/DO)

\n

Independent, Physician-Led Private Practice

\n

Dermatology Arts is an independent, physician-owned dermatology practice (no PE-owned MSO in addition to a physician owned medical practice) offering a clear alternative to private equity–backed groups. Our model is built to support clinical autonomy, sustainable pace, and long-term earning potential—without corporate pressure, inflated volume expectations, or loss of physician decision-making.

\n

This opportunity is ideal for a dermatologist who wants to practice high-quality medicine, control their day, and be rewarded for productivity in a well-run, highly supported private practice environment. We have six providers with a good mix of physicians, NPs, PAs, and LME!

\n

Position Overview

\n

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our growing practice.

\n

Key highlights of this role include:

\n
    \n
  • \n

High physician autonomy in clinical decision-making and practice style

  • \n
  • \n

No private equity ownership and no corporate production mandates

  • \n
  • \n

Robust staffing model with 3 dedicated Medical Assistants per physician

  • \n
  • \n

A sustainable clinic pace of approximately 6 patients per hour

  • \n
  • \n

Flexible scheduling with 4 or 5 clinic days per week

  • \n
  • \n

Physician earning potential up to $700,000 per year, depending on schedule, productivity, and scope of practice

  • \n
\n

In addition to a strong medical dermatology foundation, there is sufficient patient demand to support an aesthetic provider, allowing interested physicians to incorporate cosmetic services without having to build demand from scratch.

\n

Practice Philosophy

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Physician-owned and physician-led

  • \n
  • \n

No PE control, no corporate oversight, no artificial volume targets

  • \n
  • \n

Focused on quality, efficiency, and career longevity, not burnout

  • \n
  • \n

    Transparent workflows and compensation

  • \n
  • \n

Designed for dermatologists who want to remain clinical without business headaches

  • \n
\n

Clinical Responsibilities

  • \n
  • \n

Optional cosmetic dermatology, based on physician interest and experience, supported by existing patient demand

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate, timely documentation

  • \n
  • \n

Collaborate with experienced Medical Assistants and staff to ensure efficient clinic flow and excellent patient experience

  • \n
\n
