Join our Family Medicine team as part of the OMH Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of primary and specialty care providers affiliated with Otsego Memorial Hospital.

• Outpatient family medicine practice joining three physicians and two advanced practice providers, who provide walk-in services at the OMH Medical Group Lewiston clinic located in Lewiston, Michigan approximately 25 miles southeast of the main hospital.
\n
• Clinic is currently open 8-5 pm Monday through Friday for primary care services with flexible scheduling.
\n
• Walk in services are available 7am-7pm M-F, 8am-12pm on Saturdays, and 8am-4pm on holidays.
\n
• On site limited radiology including mammography, laboratory services, rehabilitation, and occupational medicine.
\n
• Specialists in General Surgery are available to see patients on a part time basis.
\n
• An Electronic Health Record is shared with medical group and hospital.
\n
