We are seeking a Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a collaborative, mission-driven team in a full-time inpatient role delivering high-quality care across the lifespan—from newborns to geriatrics—in a unique mountain setting.

🩺 Position Overview

\n
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
\n
• Team Model: Collaborative care environment with physician and APP support
\n

\n

📋 Requirements & Scope

\n

\n
• Board Certified in Family Medicine and active certification ACLS, BLS, or PALS
\n
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing newborns and pediatric patients in an inpatient setting
\n
• Level I Nursery (well-baby care)
\n
• Inpatient Pediatrics, including Pediatric ICU
\n
• Adult Medical/Surgical inpatient care
\n

\n

💰 Compensation

\n

\n
• Base Salary: $375K plus
\n
• Additional quality incentives and sign-on bonus
\n
