Certified Medical Assistant

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Greenville, SC 29607
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must-Haves

• Active CMA certification
• BLS certification
• Experience administering immunizations and vaccinations
• Experience working in an ambulatory or outpatient clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic experience
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
• Experience supporting multiple providers or specialty practices

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
• Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
• Administer vaccines and perform clinical tasks within scope of practice
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
• Support clinic operations during the Brio go-live, adapting to changing patient volume and workflow needs
• Assist with additional clinic responsibilities as needed to ensure a successful transition
