Shape the Future of Women's Health | OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director

Our organization in Maryland is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to take on the role of Medical Director for the OB/GYN Hospitalist Program. This is a unique leadership position that allows you to influence and expand a vibrant hospital-based women's health initiative within a physician-led, multispecialty healthcare system dedicated to outstanding patient care and clinical excellence.

The Medical Director will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight for the OB/GYN Hospitalist service. This role involves close collaboration with employed physicians, community healthcare providers, nursing leadership, and hospital administration. The individual will be pivotal in driving quality improvement initiatives, enhancing physician engagement, promoting patient safety, and advancing women's healthcare services throughout the region.

Additionally, this physician leader will act as a founding clinical partner in establishing a new OB/GYN Graduate Medical Education (GME) program aimed at fostering resident education and academic development.

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $355,000 - $445,000 (based on experience and specialty)
