Quick Facts Location: Saginaw, MI (5400 Mackinaw Road) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday–Friday, standard hours Hours/week: Full-time Employment Type: Hospital-employed Licensure/Certifications: MD/DO, Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology preferred Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced providers Pay & Benefits Compensation: $525,000 - $625,000 annually (base; RVU model with guaranteed salary for first 2 years) Sign-on bonus: $50,000 Relocation assistance: Up to $15,000 Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid CME, holidays, sick, and vacation time (37 days per contract year) Student loan repayment/educational stipends for residents and fellows Professional liability insurance Short- and long-term disability, life insurance Paid licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements Robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do Provide full-spectrum hematology and oncology care, including outpatient and inpatient services Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including full-time AP support and peer consults with MD Anderson Manage approximately 30% hematology and 70% solid tumors cases Participate in patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care Support regional satellite clinics—occasional travel may be required Engage in teaching and academic activities with Central Michigan University’s College of Medicine Contribute to innovative cancer programs utilizing cutting-edge diagnostics and treatments What You Need Medical degree (MD/DO) Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology or actively pursuing certification Active Michigan medical license or eligibility Authorization to work in the U.S. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience in comprehensive hematology/oncology practice Interest in academic and research collaborations About the Assignment This position is with a distinguished regional cancer care center that leads the community in delivering top-rated, patient-centered oncology services.
