\n As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead a manufacturing team to meet production, quality, and safety goals while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader looking to grow their career in the aerospace industry.\n

\n Production Supervisor Duties:\n
\n o Lead and support a production team by assigning work, providing training and coaching, monitoring performance, and developing employees\n
\n o Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, solve problems, and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives\n
\n o Create and maintain standard work instructions to ensure consistent, efficient production processes\n
\n o Plan staffing and production schedules, resolve material and workflow issues, and ensure customer deadlines are met\n
\n o Ensure quality and safety standards are met by investigating issues, implementing corrective actions, and promoting a safe work environment\n

\n o Swing Shift\n
\n o Monday-Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.\n

\n
\n

\n Pay: $90,000-$120,000 annually\n

\n
\n

\n Production Supervisor Requirements:\n
\n o Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field\n
\n o At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment\n
\n o Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles\n
\n o Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills\n
\n o Must be a US Citizen due to ITAR requirements\n
