Job Description

Nationally recognized, Mount Nittany Health, has an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE, full time Gastroenterologist to join a thriving, two-physician, hospital-employed practice. Located in State College, Pennsylvania, Mount Nittany Health is a 260-bed, community-based, not-for-profit, health system. The current outpatient clinic is a new state-of-the-art outpatient medical center that opened in Spring of 2024 and is adjacent to a new Endoscopy Center where the majority of the procedures will be performed. The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

    Brand new state-of-the-art GI clinic that opened in Spring 2024 that consists of 9 exams rooms!

    First and only Endoscopy Suite opened in Spring 2024-Provation equipment

    • \n
  • \n

    2 Gastroenterologists

    • \n
  • \n

    Very experienced APP's ( 3 PA-C's and 1 NP)

    • \n
  • \n

    Collegial team environment and excellent support staff

    • \n
  • \n

    3 days of IP (hospital) 2 days of OP (clinic)

    • \n
  • \n

    Office hours: M-F; 8 a.m. -5 p.m.

  • \n

    Shared call is 1:6 with two other GI groups- Penn State Health and Geisinger

    EMR: Epic
