Shipping Associate

One of the largest commercial printing companies in the Northwest is looking for a Shipping Associate to join their team. They produce marketing materials for some of the region's most recognizable sports teams and national brands.

This is a full-time, temporary ongoing opportunity. As a Shipping Associate, you'll support domestic and international shipping operations by preparing shipments, creating shipping labels, picking and packing orders, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and on time. You'll also have the opportunity to learn reach truck forklift operation if you don't already have experience.

• Support domestic and international shipping by scheduling shipments and creating shipping labels
\n
• Pick and pack customer orders using pick sheets
\n
• Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping software
\n
• Operate a reach truck forklift and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
\n
• Maintain accurate shipping records and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
\n
• Lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $21.30-$22.00 per hour

• At least 1 year of shipping experience using UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping systems (international shipping experience preferred)

• At least 1 year of order picking experience
\n
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel for data entry and worksheets
\n
• Experience using shipping software or warehouse management systems
\n
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs throughout the shift
