\nKey Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted procurement partner to key business stakeholders. \n
- Lead and support end-to-end procurement activity across a range of indirect and project-based categories. \n
- Develop sourcing strategies that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support business objectives. \n
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and contract negotiations. \n
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and relevant regulations. \n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across procurement processes. \n
- Provide commercial and procurement expertise to support strategic business initiatives. \n
Profile
\nA successful Procurement Business Partner should have:
\n- \n
- Proven experience in supply chain or procurement within the construction, manufacturing or public sector industry \n
- Must have knowledge of NEC and JCT construction contracts \n
- Understanding of procurement strategies, processes and commercial principles \n
- Experience managing supplier performance and contractual relationships \n
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels \n
