Service Supervisor

Are you an experienced Service Supervisor/Senior Engineer ready to take the next step into leadership? Or do you have a strong Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with a passion for leading teams?

ORONA UK is looking for a Service Supervisor to join our Warrington branch, supporting our Service Manager in leading a team of Service Engineers and Field Technicians while helping deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and coordinating Service Engineers and Field Technicians

Providing technical support and mentoring the team

Planning engineer routes to maximise efficiency

Managing call-outs and resolving technical issues

Driving productivity, safety and customer satisfaction

Supporting training, audits and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer, or a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background

Leadership or coordination experience is desirable (training provided)

Full UK driving licence

Right to work in the UK
