- Managing a Marketing & support team across multiple sites in the UK \n
- Full ownership of the Marketing Function, reporting directly to the Board \n
- Strong People management, as well as a hands on approach to all things marketing \n

- You will oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution while managing the company's online presence, CRM systems, and promotional activities \n
- Play key role in supporting sales activity, strengthening customer engagement, and enhancing the company's market presence. \n
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives \n
- Manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PPC, SEO, exhibitions, and traditional marketing channels \n
- Lead and support the wider marketing team to achieve departmental goals \n
- Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, exhibition graphics, press releases, case studies, and online content \n
- Manage and optimise CRM systems to improve customer engagement and repeat business \n
- Drive social media activity and increase audience engagement across platforms \n
- Organise and coordinate industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility \n
- Oversee website development, content updates, SEO performance, and PPC campaigns to maximise online traffic and conversions \n
- Explore and implement AI and marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance \n
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets effectively \n
- Liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, contractors, and industry stakeholders to support business development activities \n

- Previous marketing management experience within construction, building products, manufacturing, or a similar, technical industry \n
- Strong people management and leadership skills - you will be managing a team of marketing and support staff across more than one location in the UK. \n
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns \n
- Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC, email marketing, website management, and social media \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Creative mindset with experience producing high-quality marketing materials \n
- Strong project management and organisational skills \n
- Ability to analyse marketing performance data and identify opportunities for improvement \n
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Spotler, or similar marketing software \n
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities \n

- Strong experience managing CRM systems \n
- Exhibition and event planning experience \n
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools and automation platforms \n
- Budget management experience \n
- PR and media relations experience \n
- Content marketing and copywriting skills \n
- Understanding of the roofing or wider construction industry \n
