CNC Setter/Operator – £34,480 | Crewkerne | Permanent Role

Shift Pattern: Rotating

6:00am – 2:00pm (Mon–Fri), 2:00pm – 12:00am (Mon–Thurs)

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join a leading precision engineering company in Crewkerne. If you have experience with CNC turning and enjoy working in a clean, well-equipped environment where quality matters — this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating CNC Turning machines (Fanuc control)
\n
• Producing high-quality, precision components
\n
• Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
\n
• Deburring and finishing parts
\n
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance
\n
• (Bonus if you have setting or programming experience — but not essential)
\n

What we’re looking for:

• Previous CNC Turning experience (Fanuc preferred)
\n
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
