Residential & Commercial Property Locum wanted!CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established Local Authority in Greater Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and friendly legal team, handling a varied caseload of local authority property work with the flexibility of hybrid working.The Role You'll manage a broad caseload including:

• Commercial property transactions
\n
• Residential property matters
\n
• Acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Leases and licences
\n
• Easements and wayleaves
\n
• General property advice to internal departments
\n

The role is available immediately and will run through to the end of October 2026.What's on Offer? -£40-£50 per hour (Umbrella) -Immediate start -Contract until October 2026 -Hybrid working with only occasional office attendance required -Friendly and supportive local authority legal team -Interesting and varied property workloadAbout You You'll be:

• A Solicitor, Legal Executive or suitably experienced Property Lawyer
\n
• Experienced in residential and/or commercial property work
\n
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
\n
• Available to start at short notice (or with a short notice period)
\n
