Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor schedules.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

  • Supporting the wider office with administrative duties.

  • Maintaining a welcoming and professional reception environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service position.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
  • \n
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
