Business Development Coordinator (Private Investment Funds)

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development professional to play a key role in elevating client engagement, strengthening market presence, and driving growth.

• Support the delivery of impactful client pitches, proposals, and presentations
\n
• Maintain and develop marketing materials, credentials, and BD resources
\n
• Coordinate legal directory and awards submissions (e.g. Chambers, Legal 500)
\n
• Conduct market, client, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities
\n
• Collaborate across teams to plan and execute events, campaigns, and sponsorships
\n
• Track BD activity, client intelligence, and engagement using CRM tools
\n
• Assist with practice planning, reporting, budgets, and internal communications
\n
• Help raise the profile of the practice and its lawyers through targeted initiatives
\n

\n
• 2+ years in business development, marketing, or a client-facing role (professional services preferred)
\n
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication
\n
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across seniority levels
\n
• Experience with CRM and research tools (e.g. InterAction, PitchBook, Preqin) is a plus
\n
• Interest in private markets or financial services advantageous
\n
