Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their market-leading Construction Professional Indemnity team and is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to manage complex and high-value disputes, offering significant client exposure and strategic case development involvement.
\nDay-to-day of the role:
\n- \n
- Advise and defend contractors, engineers, architects, project managers, surveyors, and other consultants and their insurers on claims and risk management issues. \n
- Handle resolving construction disputes, errors and omissions, defects claims, and financial disputes, as well as all aspects of construction professional indemnity insurance. \n
- Play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contribute to the strategic development of cases. \n
- Work collaboratively within an international practice to provide fast and effective solutions to complex claims. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Construction Professional Indemnity, preferably at a leading firm, all suitable candidates will be considered. \n
- Strong knowledge and experience in construction claims. \n
