Benefits Specialist – Polish language skills
\n\nContract duration: 5 months
\nLocation: Manchester (hybris working – 4 days onsite)
\nPay: £195 – 225/day (PAYE)
\nLanguage requirement: Polish would be highly beneficial
\n\nJob Purpose:
\nSupport regular benefits administrative tasks and projects spanning health and risk insurances, retirement, and voluntary benefits across EMEA with a focus on UK, Ireland & Poland.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Responsible for benefits in some EMEA countries, acting as the primary point of contact, managing renewals and vendor management. \n
- Monitor and manage shared benefit inboxes resolving issues promptly and professionally. \n
- Supporting UK, Ireland & Poland benefits administration, including coordination with vendors, payroll and pension providers. \n
- Process and manage UK, Ireland & Poland benefits and pension related invoices. \n
- Support the benefits annual enrolment process by testing the Flex platform, updating enrolment materials and coordinating onsite events. \n
- Review and maintain benefits communication materials across various internal platforms. \n
- Supporting the development and maintenance of benefit policies, processes and systems to improve consistency and efficiency. \n
- Analyse monthly vendor and payroll reports, summarising information as requested. \n
- Collaborating with vendors, People Team, Finance and wider business stakeholders. \n
- Third party governance support and management \n
Profile requirements:
\n- \n
- Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or other related areas preferred \n
- Polish speaking an advantage \n
- Customer Service \n
- Ability to work with and manipulate data \n
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential \n
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task \n
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint \n
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills \n
- Highly collaborative team player \n
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and roll up sleeves to “go figure it out” \n
- Having a can-do flexible attitude is a must \n
