\nAs Practice Manager, you will;

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Practice to ensure efficiency. \n
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation and service delivery. \n
- Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices are maintained across operations. \n
- Lead and support a team of facilities staff, ensuring performance targets are met. \n
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns promptly. \n
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards. \n
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. \n
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the department. \n
Profile
\nA successful Practice Manager should have:

- A strong background in practice management within the architecture or interior design industry. \n
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and achieve operational goals. \n
