As Practice Manager, you will;

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Practice to ensure efficiency.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation and service delivery.
  • \n
  • Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices are maintained across operations.
  • \n
  • Lead and support a team of facilities staff, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • \n
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • \n
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • \n
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the department.

Profile

A successful Practice Manager should have:

  • A strong background in practice management within the architecture or interior design industry.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively and achieve operational goals.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to handle diverse responsibilities.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Capability to handle budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.

  • ISO experience is desirable but not essential.
